Line Post Porcelain Insulator with Top Clamp (ANSI C29.7)
Heavy-duty solid core porcelain insulators featuring an integral Top Clamp for secure vertical or horizontal mounting. Strictly compliant with ANSI C29.7 standards (Class 57-11 to 57-26).
Secure "Clamp Top" Design
The Clamp Top design eliminates the need for tie wires, providing a faster and more secure installation method for conductors. This design is suitable for both vertical (upright) and horizontal (stand-off) mounting configurations, offering flexibility in line design.
Solid Core & Reliability
Vuulcan's Line Post insulators utilize a solid core porcelain body, which is inherently puncture-proof. The high-strength porcelain ensures a cantilever strength of 12.5 kN (2800 lbs) across the range, meeting rigorous ANSI C29.7 requirements.

- Radio Interference: Excellent RIV performance (≤ 100 µV at test voltage).
